Nathan brings dedication, discipline, and a wealth of experience to his work in Asheville real estate. Originally from Southern Illinois, he made Asheville his home in 2021 following a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his service, he trained and served as both a Navigator and a Pilot.
Nathan has a strong educational foundation including an Associate Degree from Vincennes University, Bachelor Degree Purdue University, and Master Degrees from both Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Air University, including multiple FAA certifications as a pilot and in aviation maintenance. He understands the value of precision, planning, execution, and communication. These same qualities have carried into his second career as a home builder, where he has gained hands on experience with custom builds, spec homes, and renovations throughout Asheville and the surrounding communities. Over time, Nathan has built lasting relationships with trusted subcontractors, inspectors, designers, and engineers, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys life in Asheville with his wife, Cayce, a native of the area, and their two children. A proud soccer dad, he supports his kids’ local and travel teams, and when he has free time, you’ll often find him on the golf course, in the kitchen, or working on classic cars and trucks.
